Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide directly from our warehouse. We also offer different shipping options, but availability depends on the weight and types of items you order (more below). There are some locations to which packages cannot be shipped. We will contact you as soon as it becomes clear that we can’t ship your order to the selected location.
Express Internation shipping
(international Express Mail Service) is the fastest and most reliable form of international shipping. packages usually arrive at their destination 3 days to 2 weeks after shipment. Tracking information for packages shipped via International Shipping will automatically be sent to you when your order is shipped.
I have not received my refund on my credit card yet. What can I do?
If you paid with a credit card Are Paypal, the money will be refunded to your card. It usually takes around 3-15 business days for the money to arrive.
If the refund process is marked “complete” but it looks like you did not get your money back yet, please check your bank account first. Some refunds are booked on the date of the purchase.
If after carefully checking your bank statement (as suggested above) you still cannot find your refund, please contact our customer service team.
1. The bank statement should have an official stamp.
2. Please provide a bank statement from 2 days before the purchase date until 10 business days after the (completed) refund date. For example, if you paid for an order on November 11 and your refund was completed on November 24, please send us the bank statement that shows payments from November 9 – December 8.
3. Mark the purchase of the specific order in your bank statement so that it easy for us to find.
What is the meaning of each tracking status update?

2. Why did nothing update after the order status changed to Arrival at Destination?
Generally, it is because the status and information have not yet been updated by the destination country. We suggest that the recipient(s) consult their local post office for more information.
3.Why does it show that my package is Held by Customs / Held by Destination?
At certain stages in the customs clearance process, your package might be held by customs. If this occurs, the recipient(s) should contact customs to resolve the issue. If your package cannot pass through customs clearance, the recipient should acquire official documents from the customs department.
4.Are there any other expressions of Waiting for Picking-up?
When your package is waiting for pick-up, the recipient(s) should contact their local post office and then pick up the package. Depending on your pick-up/delivery arrangement, you may receive any one (or a slight variation) of the following messages:
- Awaiting Collection
- A delivery attempt was made
- Attempted to contact by telephone to arrange for delivery
- Attempted to contact by telephone to arrange for delivery to the address
- Waiting for withdrawal
- First notification to recipient
- A reminder has been sent to the recipient
5.Why does the tracking status show delivered when I have not received the package?
The tracking status shows delivered. Please visit your shipping provider’s website, enter your tracking information and contact their customer service team for additional information. It is also recommended that you check with your family members or neighbors to see if they signed for the package in your name. If you still have not received the package, please contact the shipping company and request official documents for your missing package.
Can I change order details such as size, shipping etc.?
Unfortunately, order details cannot be revised after an order has been placed successfully.
If you want to change anything about your order, you can try the following:
1. contact us about your order. so we can successfully updated your order.
2. If your order has not been shipped out yet, you can contact us to change the order details for you.
Why is my order being verified after I have already paid?
To ensure the safety of your payment, all orders on A Fit Fashion will be verified. If you paid for your order by credit card, this process will take no longer than 24 hours. Once your payment is verified, We will start preparing your order for shipment. If we failed to verify your payment, your order will be automatically cancelled.
If after 24 hours your order is still being verified, please contact our Customer Service Team.
What are the shipping options?
Packages from our office can be shipped by Standard international Mail (are Express Mail Service), By Air, ePacket and SAL Parcel, or SAL Small Packet Registered (up to 2 kgs). Availability of the shipping options depends on the size and shape of your order. If you would like to see the exact shipping fee then please add some product tot he cart and the choose your country on the checkout page.
I have not received my order. What can I do?
If you haven’t received your order, please try the below methods to solve the problem:
Method 1. You can track your order with the tracking number given by the seller:
Go to My Orders > Locate the order > and Click Track Order.
If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. You can also contact us for more shipping information. You may leave a message on the Contact us page.
The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact us to agree on a solution.
To contact us, click Contact us to send us a message. If that doesn’t help, you can apply for a refund.

How do I cancel an order?
Before your order is shipped out, you can follow the below steps to cancel it:

Step 3: Select a cancellation reason in the pop-up box and submit your request
1. You can only cancel an order before the item is ships out.
2. If you have already paid for your order, the cancellation request needs to be approved by us first. If an agreement is reached, the item will not ship the order and the transaction will be cancelled automatically. If no agreement is reached, the item will continue to ship.
I have paid for my order. Why does the order status still say Awaiting Payment?
Please choose your payment method:
Credit Card,Wire Transfer OR
1. Find the order which is still awaiting payment.
2. Click My Account and the my orders After clicking you will find all the orders.
3. Now check whether you have placed any repeat orders.
If you did not place any repeat orders, please contact your card issuer to check whether the payment was actually deducted from your account. If your bank confirms that the money was deducted by A Fit Fashion, please contact us and provide us your bank statement.
Normally, it will take 7 business days for us to receive your payment after your wire transfer. Please check your order status again in approximately 7 business days after your wire transfer.
The status of your order should now change to Paid. If this is not the case, please contact us and submit your bank remittance slips (containing a beneficiary account number.
Is it possible for you to declare my order as a gift? Or lower the value?
We try to do our best to help you receive your order with ease and our packing process is specifically designed to avoid any complications with your country’s customs, but we abide by the rules regarding shops processing international shipments. This ultimately means that we are unable to lower the value of the ordered products due to provided parcel insurance. Thank you for understanding our shipping policy!
